Attorney Robert M. Visconti is the founder of Visconti Law, PLLC, a general law practice engaged in corporate business planning and civil litigation matters with a focus on personal bankruptcy, business law, contracts, real estate and landlord-tenant relations. Mr. Visconti has practiced law in Michigan since 2000, with the goal of providing his clients exceptional legal representation and practical solutions to the challenges and opportunities they face in life and business. Mr. Visconti graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan in 1996, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies in Social Science, and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law in Detroit, Michigan in 1999.

Mr. Visconti is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in all Michigan State Courts and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He has successfully represented clients in District and Circuit courts throughout Michigan, as well as all three divisions of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He also has experience in mediation and arbitration proceedings before the National Association of Securities Dealers and the New York Stock Exchange.

Mr. Visconti makes his home in Milford, Michigan, where he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife, Joy, and their children, Sophia and Benjamin.
